I am drawn to textiles of all varieties by an overwhelming pull to explore and create. “What would happen if” is a question I constantly find moves me into yet another adventure of techniques and materials. This curiosity has led me down many a rabbit hole in my textile travels. Sometimes I discover something new and fabulous and other times are simply classified as a “learning experience”. From surface design to mixed media techniques to digital enhancements, using hand or machine, incorporating dye, paint, pencil crayon, paper, found and recycled objects, each piece is a testament to my passion. With each new textile or fibre work I learn and discover.
